1.Wood Selecting:Arrange materials vary from products such as pinewood,basswood,birchwood,rubberwood etc
as well as plywood and MDF.Make sure these wood are free of moth,moisture,mildew and in good conditions.

2.Drying.Very important step and all solid wood must be dried before production.We stored our wood in warehouse for natural drying but also need kiln drying to make sure they are under 12 degree moisture content before production. |

3.Wooden pieces cutting
Per the spec to cut the wood and make sure flat,no burr or splitters.

4.Spray Painting:Polish the wood firstly then coat the priming.Once priming finished and then hand sanded the
wood pcs by pcs to make sure smooth surface,no dent etc.For the final spray painting the paints should not easily come off and painting should be even and with accuracy of the designated colors.Before painting we will make sure all colors match well with the originals.All of the paint and ink comply with EN71 and ASTM directive.

5.SilkScreen
Good color registering and make sure all colors match well.No paint spot and nice looking with the silk screen images.

6.Assembly
Make sure all parts are properly assembled and comply with the original samples and make sure their proper functions.
In this process must make sure the size,function and other components are well installed before putting into packaging.

7.Packing and Final Inspection
Check again before put into packaging and make sure the goods are well protected in the packaging without damage during shipping.
